Garden Acres Water Company, Inc
We are a public water system which serves 101 homes in the beautiful community of Garden Acres in Springfield, Ohio. We are a non-profit entity run by a Board of Trustees. GAWC provides our customers with clean, safe water for drinking, cooking, and cleaning.

Garden Acres Water Customers will experience a water outage on Friday Sept 5th from approx 1:00pm-1:30pm.
Our Water meter for GAWC community system is reaching end of service life and the Springfield City Water Department must replace it. The water service to all customers will be shut off for the entire duration of the installation process. We will make every effort to make sure the scheduled downtime window is adhered to. Our apologies for any inconvenience this might cause. Please plan accordingly.

The City of Springfield is now the sewer service for Garden Acres
The following information is intended to clear up any confusion about water and sewer billing. These are (2) separate services and are billed separately.
- Garden Acres Water customers receive water from, and pay bills to, Garden Acres Water Co. Inc.
- Garden Acres Water customers receive their sewer service from, and pay bills to the City of Springfield.
